NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco/cannabis or other) permitted in the IMMOVABLE;7. No pets permitted;8. No sublets - short or long term of any kind (including Airbnb and similar) permitted, without the LESSOR's prior consent;9. No painting permitted without the LESSOR's prior consent;10. A walk-through should be done with the LESSEE and the LESSOR, or her representative, prior to occupancy and also before the end of the term of the lease. Any damages shall be indicated on a separate list to be acknowledged and signed by both the LESSEE and LESSOR.11. One (1) month deposit, to be remitted by the LESSEE to the LESSOR at the signing of the lease, in order to partially cover any damages done to the furniture included in the unit. The said deposit shall be remitted by the LESSOR to the LESSEE at the end of the term of the lease, should the unit, including the furniture, have no damages, other than minor wear and tear;12. At the end of the term of the lease, the LESSEE shall hire a professional company to have the premises completed cleaned;13. The LESSEE shall accept and sign the By-Laws of the building prior to sign the lease.
